Three simple steps to your first appointment — same-week availability, Maryland Medicaid accepted
Step 1
Call or request an appointment Call our intake team at 410-412-7791 or submit an appointment request online. Our intake team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Evening and weekend appointments are available once you are scheduled.
Step 2
We verify your insurance Our intake team verifies your Maryland Medicaid or insurance coverage at no cost to you — before your first appointment. We accept Maryland Medicaid including all MCO plans, CareFirst, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and most major insurance plans.

Step 3
Meet your therapist We match you with a licensed therapist or counselor who fits your needs, preferences, and schedule. Your first appointment is often available within the same week. In-person sessions are available at our Glen Burnie office. Telehealth, online therapy, and virtual sessions are available statewide across Maryland.
