I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, currently engaging in my internship under Johns Hopkins University. With a strong basis in healthcare through my professional life, my goal is to support individuals through every stage of wellness, starting with mental wellness.

My areas of interest place a heavy priority on third-wave behaviorism and acceptance therapy, to help clients better understand their internal feelings and learn to live with all parts of themselves, rather than be forced to change or eliminate any one part. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, and especially welcome those from under-served communities such as people of color, LGBTQ+ communities, neurodivergent individuals, people with disabilities, and more. My belief is to create a non-oppressive space where the client's agency and unique life experience are prioritized.

I'm inspired by the idea that everyone can be their own best version of themselves, and all it takes is a brave first step forward. I understand that therapy can be daunting, and even difficult for some of us to talk about, but no one should have to face life's problems alone, and I wish to help every client who walks through my door understand that and feel supported in discovering who their own best self truly is.
