Brianna Banks, LCPC
PRP Program Supervisor
Brianna Banks, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping people feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns and life stressors, including anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties accessing the resources and support they need.
At August Rose Health Center, Brianna also serves in a leadership role within the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), where she supports and guides counselors in providing compassionate, person-centered care. She is passionate about creating an environment where both clients and staff feel heard, valued, and encouraged to grow.
Brianna understands that reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming, especially when someone is already carrying the weight of everyday responsibilities, personal struggles, or unexpected life changes. Her approach begins with meeting each person where they are, without judgment, and recognizing that everyone’s journey looks different. She believes in helping people identify their strengths, build confidence, develop practical skills, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want for themselves.
What inspires Brianna most is seeing people recognize their own strength and make progress that they may not have believed was possible. Whether she is supporting a client, family, or member of her team, she strives to lead with compassion, patience, understanding, and respect.
