What Guides My Approach
I believe that meaningful growth begins with curiosity, compassion, and accountability. Whether I am supporting a client, supervisee, or organization, my goal is to create spaces where people feel safe enough to learn, challenge assumptions, and move toward sustainable change. I approach my work through a holistic lens that recognizes the influence of relationships, culture, systems, and lived experiences on mental health and well-being.
Guiding Principle
"Healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in relationships, in communities, and in the conditions we create together."
