Areas of Interest / Specialization My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief, ADHD, autism-related concerns, workplace burnout, substance use, and relationship and family conflict. I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, minority women, and underserved communities as they navigate life transitions, emotional regulation, identity, and

healthier relationships. Approach to Supporting Clients I believe meaningful change begins with a safe therapeutic relationship in which clients feel seen, respected, and heard. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, family-systems, and attachment-based strategies to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create sustainable changes aligned with their values and goals. Personal Motto, Guiding Principle: My guiding principle is, “Meet people where they are, honor the strength it took to get there, and help them move toward where they want to be.” This reflects my commitment to providing compassionate, empowering, and nonjudgmental support.
