I am a third-year Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Johns Hopkins University with experience across inpatient, outpatient, and private practice mental health settings. My clinical interests center on supporting BIPOC and first-generation young adults who may be navigating their mental health for the first time. I am particularly passionate about working with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and burnout.

I am inspired by the belief that mental health care should be accessible to everyone, particularly those who have historically been made to feel that it was not meant for them. My approach is person-centered, recognizing each client as the expert of their own experiences. I see my role as a facilitator of self-discovery, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to better understand themselves.
