Jada Alexander is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the state of Maryland. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Counseling from Capella University. Jada has experience providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in both school-based and outpatient settings. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, ADHD-related concerns, life transitions, and family conflict. Jada believes that every client deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and understood. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based interventions to help clients develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and reach their personal goals. ada is passionate about empowering individuals to recognize their strengths, build resilience, and become the healthiest version of themselves.
