OMHC Mental Health Therapist
I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in Maryland, meaning I am a pre-licensed professional working toward full clinical licensure. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Thomas University and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), with two years of experience in the behavioral health field. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and life’s many challenges. My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centered, incorporating evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I am passionate about making quality mental health care accessible and helping people feel supported, understood, and empowered in their journey. My clinical interests include working with young adults and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about helping people who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain find practical tools and a greater sense of confidence in themselves. I value creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful change. Getting Started

What inspires my work is the belief that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care and a safe space where they can be heard without judgment. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and feel empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
