My professional journey began with a simple goal: to make others smile and make a meaningful difference in their lives. I began my career in health care, where I found purpose in helping others heal and regain their health. Following the loss of a family member, my path led me into the mental health field, where I discovered an even deeper calling. Having experienced my own mental health challenges, I understand the importance of having someone who believes in you during your darkest moments. That experience continues to inspire me to help others recognize their strength, overcome challenges, and envision a brighter future.

I am especially passionate about advocating for individuals who may sometimes struggle to find their voice. While I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds, I have a special place in my heart for young adults. They are the leaders, innovators, and change-makers of tomorrow, and I am committed to helping them recognize their potential and build the confidence and skills needed to thrive.

As a leader, my approach is grounded in meeting every client where they are and supporting them as they grow toward where they never imagined they could go. I believe meaningful support can happen wherever it is needed—whether in the home, schools, community, or other environments that shape a person's life. I strive to lead with compassion, authenticity, encouragement, and a commitment to seeing the possibilities in every individual.

What inspires me to show up every day and give 100% is knowing that someone once showed up for me. I want to be that person for someone else.
