Tola Adedoyin is a dedicated Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Counselor with experience supporting individuals in strengthening life skills, emotional wellness, and overall independence. With a background in behavioral health, patient care, and case management, Tola brings a well-rounded, person-centered approach to helping clients build stability and confidence in their daily lives.

Tola has worked with diverse adult populations, providing rehabilitative interventions, facilitating independent living skills groups, and collaborating closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and community partners to ensure holistic care. She is trained in DLA‑20 Functional Assessment, Person-Centered Planning (PCCP), Critical Time Intervention (CTI) and Mental Health First Aid, allowing her to support clients through both practical skill-building and emotional regulation.

She is passionate about serving individuals working toward greater independence, navigating life transitions, or rebuilding stability. Tola is inspired by the belief that every person has the capacity to grow when supported with compassion, structure, and genuine partnership. Her work is guided by the principle that you can make a difference,o matter how small, because even the smallest step forward can change someone’s entire path.

Outside of her professional role, Tola is committed to community service, volunteering with organizations such as Comfort Cases, the Greater DC Diaper Bank, and the Armed Forces Retirement Home. She also values family and learning new skills.
